At Our Lady of the Lake School our students have the opportunity for hands-on learning at all levels. It might be studying water pollution, erosion or clearing debris on the shores of Lake Erie. It might be visiting Mary Mavec School or the Slovene Home. Then again, it could be creating grade level murals after a field trip to the Steamship Mather. It is our goal to engage students in our Catholic faith and values in an atmosphere of academic excellence. This necessitates the involvement of staff, parishioners, parents and guardians and members of the broader community. Thus our students are able to participate in the Brain Brawl at St. Ignatius High School, be published in the Friday Magazine of the Plain Dealer as well as the volume Euclid Poetry Lines from the Euclid Public Library and still have time to play CYO sports, be involved in Student Council and submit their entries to the Northeast Ohio Science and Engineering Fair. If you want your child to be surrounded by Catholic values, challenged in an atmosphere of academic excellence and encouraged to develop his or her whole person, then Our Lady of the Lake School is for you!
